How long does delivery actually take?
Once payment clears, your skin is sent via Steam trade within 5 minutes — usually under 60 seconds. If Steam's trade cooldown applies to your account, we'll hold the skin safely until it can ship. No item ever gets "lost in the mail" on our watch.
Is it safe to link my Steam account and tradelink?
Safe as a bank vault. We only use your tradelink to send you the skin — we never ask for passwords, Steam Guard codes, or your API key. All logins go through Steam's official OpenID. Cloudflare Turnstile and SSL stand guard on every page.
What if the skin's float or pattern doesn't match the listing?
We honor a 30-day honor code. If the float or pattern you receive doesn't match what we listed, you can send the skin back for a full refund or exchange. We check every piece of iron before it leaves the saloon, but if we miss something, we make it right.
